Also dismissing questions about VeryDarkMan’s fight to liberate Nigeria, he told the TV station to invite VDM for an interview.

Interviewer: “Are you arrogant Seun?”
Channel
Seun Kuti: “I don’t think I’m arrogant because the authority is that of knowledge so I can’t put it to myself .”
Interviewer: “The issue you had with Wizkid, do you think that that disagreement achieved anything?”
Seun Kuti: “I think it achieved a lot. The point I’m trying to make is that it’s still not acceptable for one to claim to be aligned with the ideal of someone and the same person’s team works effectively, like consciously, to drag that person’s name down. That doesn’t make sense to me.”
MEDIA TODAY reports that this is coming six months after the online dispute between Seun and Wizkid garnered discussions about Fela legacy and influence.
