“Your Life Is a Blessing, Your Service Is Meaningfu“ — Aba North Mayor, Timothy Kalu Iheke Celebrates Aba South Counterpart, Obialor Denis Anyanwu, on His Birthday
The Mayor of Aba North Local Government Area, Hon. Timothy Kalu Iheke, has celebrated his friend and colleague, the Mayor of Aba South Local Government Area, Hon. Obialor Denis Anyanwu, as he marks his birthday.
In a heartfelt message to commemorate the occasion, Iheke described Anyanwu as a remarkable man, dependable colleague, great friend and brother in public service, while celebrating his contributions to the people of Aba South and his commitment to the development of the city.
The Aba North Mayor noted that birthdays provide an opportunity not only to celebrate life, but also to reflect on the journey so far, the challenges overcome, the lives touched and the greater purpose that lies ahead.
According to him, his celebration of Anyanwu goes beyond the office he occupies, stressing that it is also about the man behind the position and his dedication to serving the people.
Hon. Iheke emphasized the shared responsibility of both mayors in driving the development of Aba, noting that although their responsibilities are divided between Aba North and Aba South, their ultimate mission remains the same: to serve the people, transform communities and contribute to building a greater Aba and a better Abia.
He expressed gratitude for having Anyanwu not only as a colleague in local government administration but also as a friend and brother with whom he shares a common commitment to public service.
The Aba North Mayor prayed that the new year would usher in greater wisdom, strength and courage for Anyanwu, alongside sound health, peace of mind, divine protection, uncommon favour and greater opportunities to fulfill his purpose.
