Abia Police Assure Residents of Security, Urge Vigilance
The Abia State Police Command has assured residents of the state of adequate security as they commence their activities for the new week, urging members of the public to remain vigilant and security-conscious.
The Command, in a message to residents, said its officers, in collaboration with sister security agencies, have commenced coordinated patrols across the state to ensure the safety and security of residents and their property.
The Police Command urged members of the public to promptly report suspicious activities and other security concerns to the nearest police station or through its emergency hotlines: 08035415405, 08079210004, 08079210005 and 08079210006.
The Command said the cooperation of residents is essential to effective crime prevention, urging them to remain alert and provide timely information to security agencies.
It called on the people of Abia to embrace the message, “See Something, Say Something,” stressing the need for collective efforts to keep the state safe.
