The FBI is offering up to $10,000 for information leading to the location and arrest of Victor Julian Duque, wanted over an alleged conspiracy to launder narcotics proceeds in the United States.

Investigators allege that a money laundering network moved more than $54 million in drug proceeds through fictitious companies, bank accounts, and cash couriers operating between the United States and Colombia.

Duque is accused of acting as a courier in the alleged scheme, with investigators attributing $459,953 in deposits into accounts linked to fictitious companies to him between September 2022 and March 2023.

A federal arrest warrant was issued against Duque in October 2025. The FBI believes he may be in Colombia and is appealing to the public for information that could lead to his apprehension.

According to information published by Colombian media outlets citing the investigation, the alleged network moved more than $54 million in narcotics proceeds from 2021 using fictitious businesses, bank accounts, cash collections and financial transfers designed to conceal the source of the money.

Investigators allege that members of the network recruited individuals to establish fictitious companies and open bank accounts in the names of those businesses.

Cash couriers subsequently collected large sums of money in different locations across the United States and deposited the funds into accounts associated with the companies.

The money was then transferred to individuals and businesses in the United States and Colombia through domestic and international transactions, allegedly making it more difficult for authorities to trace the proceeds to their criminal origins.

Duque is accused of serving as a courier in the operation, travelling from Colombia to the United States to collect bulk cash allegedly generated by narcotics trafficking and channel it into the financial system through accounts linked to the fictitious businesses.

Investigators attributed $459,953 in deposits to Duque between September 26, 2022, and March 24, 2023. The transactions allegedly involved accounts associated with the fictitious companies used by the network. 【turn259094search8】

A federal court in the Southern District of Florida, based in Miami, issued an arrest warrant for Duque on October 22, 2025, on a charge of conspiracy to commit money laundering, according to reports on the case.

The FBI believes Duque may be in Colombia. Investigators have reportedly linked him to Pereira, Bogotá, and Belén in Colombia, as well as San Antonio, Texas, in the United States.

The wanted poster identifies Duque as a Colombian national born on December 28, 1984. It describes him as a white Hispanic male, approximately five feet nine inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.

The bureau is urging anyone with credible information about his whereabouts to contact a local FBI office, the nearest United States embassy or consulate, or submit information through its official tip website at https://tips.fbi.gov.
