The petition was filed on July 17 on behalf of Boseman’s parents, Leroy and Carolyn Boseman.

According to the filing, Ledward inherited 50% of the estate, while Boseman’s parents were each entitled to 25% after the actor died without leaving a will.

The brothers claim Ledward has not completed the distribution of the remaining assets despite a 2022 court order requiring her to do so. They allege that the delay has prevented Boseman’s parents from receiving their share of the estate.
