Otti 4+4 Movement Pledges Support for Anyaso in Bende

The Alex Otti 4+4 Divine Movement has pledged to mobilise its members across the wards of Bende Local Government Area in support of the Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chima Anyaso, ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The group made the commitment when its members paid a courtesy visit to Anyaso at his country home on Saturday, assuring him of massive mobilisation and support across the constituency.

State Convener of the movement, Pastor Engr. Chibueze Daniel Okah, said the group was established to support Governor Alex Otti’s administration and work with Labour Party candidates across Abia.

Okah said the movement was motivated by what he described as Otti’s achievements in the state, adding that the group would continue to mobilise support for candidates aligned with the Governor’s political vision.

He described Anyaso as a candidate with a strong record of humanitarian intervention, expressing confidence that he would provide effective representation for the people of Bende if elected.

Responding, Anyaso thanked the group for its support and urged members to intensify their grassroots mobilisation ahead of the election.

He expressed confidence that the people of Bende would support the Labour Party, citing the performance of Governor Otti as a factor that would influence voters.

“By the grace of God, the election of our Governor is already a done deal, and we know that those of us will also win,” Anyaso said.

Also speaking, the Labour Party candidate for Bende South State Constituency, Hon. Chinedum Edwin Okorie, urged the movement to sustain its mobilisation across the constituency and work for Anyaso’s victory.
