Popular streamer Davrel has expressed gratitude after surviving a violent attack in Abuja that reportedly left two of his team members shot and robbed, while he escaped unharmed.
Sharing a series of posts on X, the content creator recounted the terrifying incident, revealing that he had to flee for his life after armed men attacked his team. He said the experience strengthened his faith and declared that he serves a living God.
“In a car of 4 people, two people got sh+t at, one person had a g¥n pointed at him, me I just see everything, hear everything, nothing do me, I SAID I SERVE A LIVING GOD. MY LIFE IS A TESTIMONY OF GOD.”
In another post, he added:
“Tweeting this from my mum’s samsung. ABUJA IS NOT A SAFE PLACE. My friend’s 25s prado just got stolen, my hands are shaking typing this Lol. My bodyguard got sh+t, RAN FOR MY LIFE. I LEFT MY PHONES. LEFT ALL MY STREAMING GEAR. I HAVE MY LIFE! THANK YOU MASTER JESUS FOR SPARING ME.”
Davrel’s testimony has since sparked mixed reactions online. While many thanked God for sparing his life, others questioned the wording of his testimony, arguing that those who were injured or affected were also deserving of God’s protection.
