Meet Big Brother Naija Season 11 Housemates In Contention For ₦160m Top Prize

  Big Brother Naija Season 11 has introduced its newest set of contestants, bringing together 24 housemates from different backgrounds as they compete for the ₦160 million grand prize.

July 27, () — With this year’s theme, “Show Ya Self,” the contestants will take on Biggie’s tasks and challenges while showcasing their personalities, strategies and individuality throughout the competition.

The season’s lineup features entrepreneurs, entertainers, professionals, creatives and students, each bringing unique personalities, ambitions and strategies into the house.

While some housemates are hoping to grow their brands and showcase their talents, others are focused on winning the competition, building connections and creating memorable moments for viewers.

Here is a look at the personalities hoping to make their mark in the Big Brother Naija house:

Mercedes

Ijeoma Emi, popularly known as Mercedes, is a 28-year-old performance artist, pole dancer, massage therapist and entrepreneur from Delta State. Based in Lagos, she studied Physiology at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and is entering Big Brother Naija after her first audition.

Mercedes says viewers can expect confidence, authenticity and plenty of memorable moments from her during the competition.

Abi

Abisola Ayoola, known as Abi, is a 25-year-old model and chef from Osun State. The married contestant believes her confidence and personality will help her succeed in the house.

Abi describes herself as cheerful and outgoing, although she admits her energy can sometimes get on people’s nerves.

Neche

Chinaecherem Maduagwu, popularly known as Neche, is a 25-year-old lawyer and entrepreneur from Anambra State. She runs a fitness brand that sells gym wear, accessories and lifestyle products while building her legal career.

Neche describes herself as an overthinker who enjoys time alone to recharge and believes her ability to observe people will help her in the game.

Sheba

Faith Gamde, popularly known as Sheba, is a 32-year-old broadcaster, fitness enthusiast and entrepreneur from Plateau State. She works as an on-air personality and is known for her ability to imitate voices and make animal sounds.

A mother, fitness trainer and small-scale farmer, Sheba describes herself as someone who does not easily connect with everyone but shows deep affection to those close to her.

Kamsy

Kamsy Uzoma is a 24-year-old entrepreneur and event planner from Imo State. She believes acting is one of her strongest talents and hopes to bring creativity and emotion into the competition.

Although she describes herself as emotional, Kamsy says she has developed the toughness needed to survive the Big Brother house.

Flora

Flora Egbedi is a 30-year-old entrepreneur from Delta State with businesses in beauty, content creation and bridal services. Known for her outspoken personality, Flora says she is not afraid to speak her mind.

She hopes to bring confidence, intelligence, drama and entertainment to the season.

Bells

Isabella Imoh, popularly known as Bells, is a 22-year-old student from Akwa Ibom. She studies Radiography and describes herself as strategic, organised and a strict lover of cleanliness.

Bells enjoys reading, bowling and cycling, and believes her calculated approach will help her navigate the competition.

Goddessa

Lovette Okechukwu, known as Goddessa, is a 30-year-old musician from Abia State. Music is at the centre of her life, with organising her own concert among her proudest achievements.

She describes herself as fearless, spontaneous and focused on winning, saying she entered the house for the prize rather than romance.

Goddessa says dishonesty is her biggest pet peeve and plans to bring strong “main character” energy to the show.

Oyin

Oyindamola Oshikoya, popularly known as Oyin, is a 22-year-old sales entrepreneur and fashion model from Ogun State. She describes herself as observant, blunt and strategic, saying her ability to read people is one of her strongest qualities

Oyin says she is entering the competition with “50 shades of strategy” and hopes her life story and personality will connect with viewers.

Raised by her father, she says she wants to make him and the people of Sagamu proud by going all the way in the competition.

Bluethopia

Usaku Bantai, known as Bluethopia, is a 22-year-old photographer, fashion model, stylist and student from Adamawa State. She hopes Big Brother Naija will give her a platform to showcase her creativity and talent.

Bluethopia describes herself as street-smart, observant and naturally able to notice details others miss. Although she sees herself as a peacemaker, she warns that she will not stay quiet if she feels disrespected.

Nomy

Whitney Chukwu, popularly known as Nomy, is a 26-year-old fashion entrepreneur from Anambra State. She describes herself as confident, expressive and highly intuitive, saying she has a strong ability to read people.

Nomy sees Big Brother Naija as an opportunity to grow her fashion brand and build her personal identity. She admits she is competitive, hates losing and has little patience for dishonesty or fake behaviour.

Temi Nkem

Temitope Chigbue, known as Temi Nkem, is a 21-year-old Lagos-based student originally from Delta State. She describes herself as bold, lively and impossible to ignore, while admitting she has a strong personality.

Temi says she is not looking for romance in the house and is focused on the competition.

She made headlines early in the season after a disagreement with housemates over her reading of a wager task, leading to a heated exchange.

Ricky

Patrick Jumbo, popularly known as Ricky, is a 33-year-old writer, filmmaker and entertainer from Rivers State. Standing at 6ft 6in, Ricky describes himself as “the annoying entertainer” and says he plans to bring a bold personality into the house.

He embraces his outspoken nature and admits he has little filter, saying he enjoys pushing conversations and challenging people. Beyond writing and filmmaking, Ricky is also skilled at singing, impressions and dancing.

Chimsom Chuka

Chimsom Chuka-Okoli, known as Chimsom, is a 27-year-old pharmacist and actor from Anambra State. He describes himself as the “chill guy” of the season and believes his calm nature will help him handle pressure in the house.

Chimsom says he wants to break stereotypes about being judged by appearance and plans to remain authentic throughout the competition.

He is also known for his creative talents, including drawing, singing and mimicking people.

Aikou

Amyr Yousufzai, popularly known as Aikou, is a 25-year-old Abuja-based backend developer, writer and tech enthusiast. He describes himself as quiet, thoughtful and highly adaptable, saying he enjoys his own company.

Aikou says he entered the competition focused on the prize money and the opportunity to grow his career.

He admits his reserved personality is sometimes misunderstood but believes his ability to handle boredom is one of his strengths.

Cassi

Ezenwoke Nwosu, known as Cassi, is a 27-year-old entrepreneur, actor and model from Abia State. He is involved in several businesses, including real estate, short-let services and forex trading.

Cassi describes himself as organised and creative, with interests ranging from painting and drawing to acting. He hopes Big Brother Naija will provide a fresh start and a platform to showcase his personality.

Martins

Martins Iyeh is a 30-year-old creative director and model from Kogi State. A basketball lover, Martins describes himself as unique and says people need to meet him to truly understand his personality.

He admits he can be overly curious and often asks many questions, which he believes could both help and annoy others.

Martins says he is naturally caring and tends to take people’s problems as his own.

Sultex

Sultan Aregbe-Obanikoro, popularly known as Sultex, is a 24-year-old dancer, choreographer, casting director and filmmaker from Lagos State. He describes himself as direct and outspoken, saying he does not believe in hiding his true opinions.

Sultex sees himself as the “pepper, salt and Maggi” of the season and promises to bring energy and entertainment.

He hopes the platform will help grow his career in the creative industry.

Keivo

Victor Ikpe, known as Keivo, is a 27-year-old front-end web developer, artist and entrepreneur from Benue State. He describes himself as logical, practical and a person who enjoys solving problems.

Keivo says he is a “jack-of-all-trades” and believes his ability to think calmly under pressure will help him in the house.

He admits his confidence and honesty can sometimes be mistaken for arrogance.

Yusuf

Yusuf Muhammad-Awal is a 25-year-old actor, writer, model and entrepreneur from Kogi State. He has published three books and enjoys boxing, reading and deep conversations.

Yusuf describes himself as confident and ambitious, although he admits people sometimes mistake his self-belief for pride. He has travelled to 29 states in Nigeria and says his experiences have shaped his outlook on life.

Yusuf hopes Big Brother Naija will give him a platform to tell his story and compete strongly for the grand prize.

Araga

Oluwaseyifunmi Sosanya, popularly known as Araga, is a 29-year-old fashion model and athlete from Ogun State. He describes himself as calm, observant and funny, hoping the show will help him become more open.

Araga is also the winner of the Misters of Nigeria 2023 pageant. He believes Big Brother Naija will give viewers a chance to see more of his personality beyond his modelling career.

Barry

Muudumbari Pop-Yornwin, known as Barry, is a 26-year-old civil engineer and fashion designer from Rivers State. He combines engineering with creativity through fashion design and enjoys cooking, singing, acting and gaming.

Barry describes himself as a balance of calm and energetic, depending on the situation.

He says disrespect is one thing he will not tolerate and hopes to make a lasting impression with his style.

Tram

Joshua Alekewumu, popularly known as Tram, is a 24-year-old content creator and entrepreneur from Lagos State. He says he entered Big Brother Naija focused on winning the grand prize and growing his personal brand.

Tram describes himself as a strategic entertainer who plans to use humour and observation to navigate the house.

He says he is avoiding romantic distractions and wants to focus fully on the competition.

Gerard

Gerard Adebija is a 23-year-old actor, radio host, presenter and content creator from Kogi State. He describes himself as a “soft boy” and an open book who prefers genuine connections over mind games.

Gerard says dishonesty is one of his biggest pet peeves and values direct communication.
