Labour Party Youths in Aba North Industrial Ward 2 Hold Strategic Meeting Ahead of Campaign Flag-Off
The Labour Party youths in Industrial Ward 2, Aba North Local Government Area of Abia State, have held a strategic youth meeting as part of preparations for the forthcoming governorship campaign flag-off.
The meeting, convened by the Labour Party Industrial Ward 2 Youth Leader, Comrade Kelechi Okoroji, popularly known as Hustler, brought together young members and supporters of the party to deliberate on grassroots mobilisation, unity and active participation ahead of the campaign season.
Among those in attendance were the Labour Party Youth Leader for Aba North Local Government Area, Hon. Emeka George, and the Councillor representing Industrial Ward 2 in the Aba North Legislative Council, Hon. Chika Diewait Ohaeri.
The meeting provided an opportunity for the youth leadership to strengthen coordination among young party members and encourage greater involvement in activities leading to the governorship campaign flag-off.
Particular attention was given to youth mobilisation, with participants encouraged to remain united, organised and committed to the party’s activities at the grassroots.
The meeting also reaffirmed the importance of inclusiveness, with emphasis on ensuring that young members have a sense of belonging and are carried along in the party’s campaign structure.
The gathering further highlighted the need for members to work together, particularly following the adoption of the party’s candidates, with the focus now shifting towards effective grassroots mobilisation and campaign preparedness.
Also present at the youth meeting was the Industrial Ward 2 Abia Arise Coordinator, alongside other party stakeholders and youth members.
The meeting marks another step in the ongoing efforts by the Labour Party youth structure in Industrial Ward 2 to build a stronger and more coordinated grassroots mobilisation network ahead of the governo 
rship campaign.
