Popular Nigerian blogger Tunde Ednut has explained why he is not interested in purchasing Apple’s newly released iPhone 18 Pro Max.

The blogger shared his decision in a post on his official Instagram page, where he boasts millions of followers.

Apple recently introduced the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and its new foldable device, the iPhone Duo, generating excitement among Apple fans and technology enthusiasts.

However, while many users are eager to get their hands on the latest models, Tunde Ednut appears to be in no rush to upgrade.

The blogger, who currently uses an iPhone 17 Pro Max, said he sees little reason to switch to the newer model because of its similarity to the phone he already owns.

He revealed that he would rather wait for the iPhone 19 Pro Max and only consider upgrading if Apple makes a noticeable change to the device’s design.

According to him, if the iPhone 19 Pro Max still comes with a similar design, he is prepared to keep his current phone until the iPhone 20 Pro Max is released.

Tunde Ednut wrote: “I’m not buying. Na the same thing with 17 pro max. Will wait for 19 pro max. And if 19 pro max shape no change, I will wait for 20 pro max. I change only when design changes. No be me una go pressure.”

His comment has attracted reactions from social media users, with some supporting his decision and arguing that a new phone may not be worth the cost when there are no major visible changes from the previous model.
