A young Nigerian man has confronted a Police officer after the officer was seen removing the plate number from his vehicle.

In a video circulating on social media, the man could be heard questioning the officer over the reason for taking off his car’s plate number.

Appearing confused by the officer’s action, the man asked, “Officer, what is my offence? Why are you removing my car’s plate number?”

The incident has sparked reactions online, with social media users sharing different opinions about the encounter between the young man and the Police officer.
