Residents of Trademore Estate, Umuahia, with voter registration in Uzuakoli Ward, have declared their support for the Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chima Anyaso, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The residents made their position known during an engagement with the OFUJI campaign team, pledging to support Anyaso with their votes in Uzuakoli.
Speaking for the group, Mr. Emmanuel John, who led the delegation, said residents registered in the ward had agreed to rally behind the Labour Party candidate.
John said the residents would mobilise among themselves and ensure that their votes are effectively cast in support of Anyaso during the election.
The engagement was part of the campaign team’s ongoing grassroots outreach to voters across the constituency.
