House Party Turns Dramatic as Over 15 Guests Reportedly Test Positive for HIV During Truth or Dare
What began as a lively house party reportedly took an unexpected and emotional turn after more than 15 guests allegedly received reactive HIV screening results during a Truth or Dare game.
The incident was recounted by a man in a viral social media video, where he claimed that between 25 and 30 people had gathered for the party organised by a friend.

According to his account, the gathering started on a cheerful note, with guests drinking, dancing and participating in various activities before they eventually decided to play Truth or Dare.
Participants reportedly had the option of answering questions or accepting dares, with those who declined allegedly required to either take a drink or send money to the celebrant.
Woman Turns Game Into HIV Testing Challenge:-
The atmosphere reportedly changed when a woman was challenged to choose between truth and dare and opted to issue a challenge to everyone present. She reportedly dared all the guests to take an HIV test.
Although the challenge initially caught many of the attendees off guard, the woman reportedly produced more than 50 HIV rapid test kits, explaining that there were enough kits for everyone at the gathering.
She reportedly told the guests that she wanted people to know their HIV status, particularly before entering into intimate relationships.
Testing subsequently began, with guests taking turns to provide samples and waiting for their results.
Panic As Results Emerge:-
The man claimed that within minutes, the test results began coming out, with more than 15 guests allegedly receiving reactive results.
The development reportedly sent shockwaves through the gathering, as some guests allegedly broke down in tears while others became visibly distressed.
According to the account, the situation also led to heated confrontations, with some attendees questioning others about their alleged sexual relationships.
The man further claimed that a couple at the party both received reactive results, while another man who was allegedly involved with the woman also reportedly received a reactive result.
As the reality of the situation reportedly sank in, some guests began arranging transportation to leave the venue, while others remained stunned by the unexpected development.
The narrator said he was among those who reportedly received a non-reactive result and remained at the venue as the situation unfolded.
The story has since generated widespread reactions on social media, with many users highlighting the importance of regular HIV testing, open communication about sexual health and practising safer sex.
However, health experts stress that a reactive result from a rapid HIV screening test does not, on its own, confirm that a person has HIV. Anyone who receives a reactive result should seek confirmatory testing at a qualified health facility before drawing conclusions about their status.
The reported incident also underscores the importance of knowing one’s HIV status and seeking professional medical guidance whenever a screening result raises concerns.
