October 15, () – The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State has reaffirmed its unwavering support for the Party’s National Leader and Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), His Excellency, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, following his unequivocal declaration of support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The Bayelsa PDP describes Wike’s position, recently reiterated at the inauguration of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, as a significant political statement that reinforces the direction of his political engagement and the need for strategic alignment in the evolving national political landscape.
Under the leadership of the State Chairman, Hon. Chief Alabh George Turnah, Esq., MON, the Bayelsa State PDP is set to endorse President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as its preferred presidential candidate in the State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
