The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycle Operators Union (ASTOPU), Aba Zone, Comrade Victor Azubuike, has felicitated the Executive Chairman of Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area on the occasion of his birthday, describing him as a unifier, a friend to all, and a leader whose inclusive style of governance has continued to foster peace, harmony, and progress across the local government.

In a goodwill message made available to newsmen, Comrade Azubuike said the birthday celebration presents an opportunity to honour a leader who has consistently demonstrated humility, compassion, and an open-door policy that has endeared him to people from all walks of life.
According to him, the Executive Chairman has built bridges across political, social, and community divides, creating an atmosphere where unity, mutual respect, and collective development remain the guiding principles of his administration.
He noted that the council boss’s ability to relate freely with everyone, irrespective of political affiliation, social status, or background, has earned him widespread admiration and made him a rallying point for peace and cooperation within Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area.
Speaking on behalf of the leadership and entire members of the Abia State Tricycle Operators Union (ASTOPU), Aba Zone, Comrade Azubuike commended the Chairman’s unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people, describing him as a compassionate leader who believes that sustainable development can only thrive where unity and mutual understanding prevail.
