October 02, () – Airtel Money has set a minimum application of £250 per investor as it opens its retail share offer ahead of its planned listing on the London Stock Exchange.
The retail offer opened on October 2, 2026, and is available to eligible investors who are resident and physically present in the United Kingdom.
The offer is being conducted through RetailBook’s network of participating brokers, wealth managers and investment platforms, alongside an offer of shares to certain institutional investors.
Airtel Money said the shares are being offered at £1.96 each, implying a market capitalisation of approximately £5.3bn, or about $7bn, at admission.
Shares acquired through the retail offer will rank equally with those sold through the institutional offer, including eligibility for dividends and other distributions declared, made or paid after the date of sale.
RetailBook will not charge investors a commission for applications, although participating intermediaries may impose their own fees.
Airtel Money also reserved the right to scale back applications or reject them without providing a reason.
Retail offer closes October 8
The retail offer is scheduled to close at 5:00 p.m. on October 8, with the results expected to be announced on October 9.
The company expects its shares to begin unconditional trading on the London Stock Exchange at 8:00 a.m. on October 14.
It said the timetable was indicative and could change, with all stated times based on London time.

Eligible investors must apply through an intermediary participating in the offer.
Investors can access the offer through RetailBook’s network of participating retail brokers, investment platforms and wealth managers. Airtel Money advised prospective investors to contact their broker or investment platform to confirm participation.
Applications may be made through tax-efficient investment vehicles, including Individual Savings Accounts and Self-Invested Personal Pensions, as well as General Investment Accounts, where permitted by the relevant intermediary and applicable regulations.
The company cautioned investors that buying its shares involved risks and that they could receive less than their original investment when they sell.
Airtel Money targets London listing

The company has been preparing for the transaction as it seeks to give the business a broader international investor base.
Airtel Money generated $1.346bn in revenue in the financial year ended March 2026, according to information released ahead of the proposed listing.
The London Stock Exchange was identified as the preferred listing venue earlier in the process, with Airtel Africa saying the listing would provide Airtel Money with access to a wider pool of international investors.
At the time, the mobile money business had an annualised total payment value of more than $245bn.
The retail offer now provides eligible UK investors with an opportunity to participate in the proposed listing alongside institutional investors, subject to the terms and conditions of the offer.
