A lady has sparked discussion online after advising single mothers to consider reconciling with their children’s fathers rather than waiting for new relationships.
In a message directed at women who are no longer with their baby daddies, she encouraged them to make efforts to resolve their differences and explore the possibility of rebuilding their relationships.
According to her, some men may be hesitant to enter relationships with single mothers or consider marrying women who already have children. She therefore urged women in such situations to consider settling their differences with the fathers of their children.
“Ladies, if you and your baby daddy are no longer together, go and sort things out with him. Most men don’t want to get involved with or marry a single mother. Don’t sit around waiting for another man to marry you when you already have a child with someone. The streets are tough out here, fix things with the one you already have.”
Her remarks have generated mixed reactions, with some people agreeing that co-parenting relationships can sometimes be rebuilt, while others argued that women should not be pressured into returning to former partners simply because they have a child together.

@Hajj Daud:”The streets ARE tough 😮💨But telling women to “go back” ignores why they left. Advice should be: sort co-parenting, not necessarily get back together. Unless both want it.”
@Looney Mara:”🤔 Every situation is different. If reconciliation is healthy and both people genuinely want it, that’s one thing but no one should feel pressured to return to an unhealthy relationship.”
