“I Said Tomb Shifter, Not Womb Shifter”- Jarvis Clears The Air Over Wedding Remark

  • Nigerian social media personality Jarvis addressed controversy over a phrase used at her wedding.
  • She clarified that her words were misunderstood and misrepresented.
  • Jarvis stated she never called her husband a “womb shifter.”

Nigerian social media personality Jarvis has addressed the controversy surrounding a phrase she used during her wedding, insisting that her words were misunderstood and altered by some people.

The content creator explained that she never referred to her husband as a “womb shifter,” as some people reportedly claimed. According to her, the actual phrase she used was “tomb shifter.”

Jarvis made the clarification while explaining the meaning behind the expression, noting that it was connected to a biblical reference and also reflected the way husbands are described in her village.

She said:

“For those of you that came to my wedding and changed my words, I never said ‘womb shifter.’ I said ‘tomb shifter.’ In the Bible, didn’t you read where the tomb was shifted? I called my husband a ‘tomb shifter.’ That’s what we call our husbands in my village”

Her clarification has since attracted reactions online, with social media users discussing the unusual expression and the meaning she attached to it.
