Nollywood actress Mo Bimpe has reacted to a fake report circulating online that claimed her husband, actor Lateef Adedimeji, had initiated divorce proceedings over an alleged paternity controversy involving their triplets.

The couple, who welcomed their first children together a set of triplets in May 2026, became the subject of a false online narrative alleging that a blood transfusion incident at Ilorin General Hospital led Adedimeji to request a DNA test. The fabricated story further claimed that the result revealed he was not the biological father of the babies.

Addressing the rumour on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, Mo Bimpe took to her Instagram Story to call out the individuals behind the misleading post. She shared a screenshot of the claim and expressed her displeasure over the use of fake and allegedly AI-generated images to support the false narrative.

The actress, who noted that she had endured online trolling for years without responding, stated that she would not tolerate anyone dragging her children into baseless allegations.

She wrote:

“I don’t want to hear ‘justice for your stupid’ ready for you! You silly trolls have constantly trolled me on these platforms for years & I’ve been quiet, but what I wouldn’t take is you bringing your stupidity to my children!!! Be warned! I won’t hesitate to take the right actions if need be.”

Mo Bimpe further condemned the use of manipulated images alongside the false claims, describing the act as unacceptable.

“It’s the nerve to post fake/AI pictures together with fabricated lies for me! Such effrontory…” she added.

The actress’ response has since drawn attention from fans, with many condemning the spread of false information about public figures and their families.
