The Chairman of the Abia State Tricycle Operators Union (ASTOPU), Aba Zone, Comrade Victor Azubuike, has congratulated an illustrious son of Mbutu Ngwa in Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area of Abia State, Mr. Darlington Nnabuike Ozurumba, PhD, FCIArb, FIPMA, ABR, Notary Public, on his elevation to the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), describing the achievement as a monumental milestone and a source of pride to Mbutu Ngwa, the Ngwa nation and Abia State.
