Etugo Ogah Expresses Grief Over Demise of Prof Ibe

The Abia State Governorship candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), Chief Etugo Ndubuisi Ogah, has expressed profound sorrow over the death of Professor Greg Ibe, describing his passing as a painful loss to his family, Abia State and humanity.

Ogah, in a condolence message, extended his heartfelt sympathies to the deceased’s family, friends, associates and others mourning his demise.

He said the death of a distinguished individual goes beyond the loss of a single person, noting that it also represents the loss of a life whose relationships, experiences and contributions have become part of society’s collective story.

According to him, the news of Professor Ibe’s passing was deeply saddening, adding that words could hardly capture the depth of grief experienced by those who held the deceased dear.

The NDC Governorship candidate noted that although death brings life to an end, it cannot erase the memories, relationships and significance of a life that has touched others.

He urged the bereaved family to draw strength from the love they shared with the deceased, the memories they created and the support of those standing with them during the difficult period.

Ogah also called on friends, associates and other affected persons to use the moment of mourning to reflect on the value of human life, cherish one another and demonstrate kindness whenever the opportunity arises.

He prayed that God would comfort the grieving family, grant them the fortitude to bear the loss and give the departed eternal rest.

“Though the journey of life eventually comes to an end, may the memories of Professor Greg Ibe remain a source of reflection, and may those mourning his passing find strength in God’s unfailing grace,” Ogah said.

He prayed for the peaceful repose of the deceased’s soul.
