Media personality Radiogad has pleaded with Afrobeats star Davido to forgive music producer Samklef, saying he has begun to feel sorry for him.

Radiogad made the appeal in a post shared on X on Friday, September 25, amid renewed attention on Samklef following claims about his prolonged absence from social media.

He wrote:

“Davido Please Forgive SAMKLEF, I Don Dey Pity The Werey.”

Radiogad’s plea comes shortly after media personality Dr Fab claimed that Samklef was arrested months ago and has remained in detention.

Dr Fab said he had confirmed the alleged arrest and called for Samklef’s release, adding that he was trying to find out who was behind the producer’s detention.

“Wow. 😮 I just confirmed directly that Samklef was arrested, sometime ago.. hence the reason for his silence. They are holding back who is behind this. I’m getting more informations. He must come out !!! #FreeSamklef #SayNoToOppresion”

He later appealed to the public to support efforts to secure Samklef’s freedom.

However, the alleged arrest and detention have not been independently confirmed by the police, a court or Samklef’s representatives.
