2027: Stop anti-party activities in Kogi under TSG guise – Olusola warns Faleke, Audu loyalists
In a strongly worded statement issued by its coordinator, Ogungbemi Olusola, the group alleged that individuals are hijacking the TSG platform to recruit members away from the APC, while covertly plotting against the party’s interests ahead of the 2027 elections.
The statement claimed that some figures hiding behind the Audu/Faleke legacy are actively collaborating with opposition parties—mobilizing for the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Kogi West and Kogi East, and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi Central—to sabotage the APC.
Olusola warned that these maneuvers are designed to distract the party, noting that Governor Usman Ododo, the state party leader, has consistently run an inclusive administration that accommodates even those who opposed his election.

“We are calling on Hon. James Faleke to ensure these individuals do not drag his name in the mud, especially after the immense sacrifices he has made for the party in Kogi State,” Olusola said.
“Spending resources to fund the PDP in Kogi Central to prove a point will not work. The APC is firmly entrenched on the ground and has put robust structures in place to secure maximum victory for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and our candidates.”
The group also condemned secret meetings allegedly held with the SDP in Kogi East under the guise of the Audu/Faleke family, describing the move as calculated confusion aimed at dismantling President Tinubu’s political framework in the region. The network vowed that the party would not compromise its resolve to sweep all elections, from the presidency down to the state assembly.
Recalling the legacy of the late Prince Abubakar Audu, the statement urged the political family to protect his name from political opportunists.

“Prince Abubakar Audu was a committed founding member of the APC before his passing. He was never known for anti-party activities, and his legacy must not be dragged into the mud,” the statement read.
The group challenged the dissidents to utilize official party structures for their political aspirations rather than working against the collective interest. It specifically called on Hon. James Faleke to rein in rogue elements operating in his name.

“We can assure you that Chief Faleke is working hard to ensure an APC victory in Lagos State, and he would certainly not be happy to see his name being exploited for anti-party activities in Kogi State,” Olusola added.
The APC Network further questioned the loyalty of the opposition figures being promoted by the dissidents, pointing out that their preferred candidates in Kogi Central have never publicly campaigned for President Tinubu, while SDP figures claiming allegiance to the TSG do not even hold valid APC membership cards.
Olusola concluded with a direct appeal to Faleke to halt any financial or moral backing of factions working against the Kogi State APC chapter in the name of President Tinubu.
The group also asked Faleke/Audu political family to dissolve into the APC structure instead of promoting internal rancor
