2027: Chima Anyaso Intensifies Consultations, Meets Abia Political Leader Ononogbu Over Bende Reps Bid
As political activities ahead of the 2027 general elections continue to gather momentum, the Labour Party candidate for Bende Federal Constituency, Dr. Chimaobi Desmond Anyaso, has stepped up consultations with key stakeholders, meeting with respected Abia political leader, Dr. Kingsley Ononogbu, in a move aimed at strengthening support for his House of Representatives ambition.
The strategic meeting, held at the residence of Dr. Ononogbu, centred on the political future of Bende Federal Constituency and the need to provide quality representation that reflects the aspirations and developmental needs of the people.
During the engagement, Anyaso described Dr. Ononogbu as a respected elder statesman and political leader whose wealth of experience and guidance remain invaluable to the political development of the constituency. He noted that the meeting provided an opportunity to present his vision for effective, people-oriented representation anchored on responsible leadership, accountability and sustainable development.
According to Anyaso, the elder statesman offered valuable advice, encouragement and prayers for the success of his aspiration, while urging him to remain steadfast in his commitment to selfless service and the welfare of the people of Bende Federal Constituency.
The Labour Party standard-bearer also expressed appreciation for the warm reception and overwhelming support he received during the visit, stressing that the counsel, goodwill and blessings of respected leaders would further strengthen his determination as he continues consultations with critical stakeholders across the constituency.
