“Una Know How Many Phones I Don Pay For?”- Peller Speaks On Alleged Phone Thefts At Wedding

TikTok creator Peller has opened up about the incidents that allegedly occurred outside the venue of his traditional wedding, claiming that some guests were victims of phone theft while a road accident was also reportedly recorded.

The content creator shared his experience during a livestream, where he reflected on the chaotic situation surrounding what was supposed to be a joyful celebration.

According to Peller, the incidents happened outside the venue while he and other guests were inside celebrating. He also expressed his hope that his upcoming white wedding would be more peaceful.

“No worry, my white wedding no go be like the way una do that day. Na so I see one video wey car go jam one guy.”

Peller blamed the reported disruption on suspected street touts, popularly known as agberos, whom he claimed were present in large numbers around the wedding venue.

“Agbero don occupy Lagos. No be small. Agbero plenty pass guests wey come to my wedding. Agbero plenty outside. People wey come say dem dey snatch their phones. Una know how many phone I don pay for?” he said.

Recounting one of the alleged incidents, Peller claimed that a female guest had her phone snatched shortly after arriving at the venue.

“One girl, as she reach, na so dem snatch her phone for gate. Dem run away.”

He also recalled how reports of an accident reached him while he was inside the hall celebrating his wedding.

“Me wey I dey inside hall dey do my wedding, na so them say I kill person.”

Peller further explained that the alleged accident happened after a dispute involving an agbero and a car owner.

“Agbero stay for front of car. Them say comot, he no gree. The car owner vex con jam am,” he said.
